Fairly clean and wonderful relaxing place with very attentive staff. Easy, ideal location in the very very nice area. Comfortable hotel restaurant.

The staff is nice, courteous. The location is great and lovely, close to bus stops.

Really enjoyed this place, it was comfortable and fabulous. The staff was welcoming and nice all the time. The location was good, because a bus station was based close to the hotel. It was located in a good area.  

The breakfast had lots of good options, and was plentiful. The hotel was right by major local attractions, and St Andrews thanks to its magnificent and ideal location. The incredibly nice staff made a good impression.  

The location was magnificent and beautiful, not far from the train/bus station, St Andrews, and Broughty Ferry. Moreover, it was 3 km from Balbirnie Park.

Absolutely brilliant place if you stay for party. The staff are very kind, managed the parking on-site. Its location close to bus stops is marvellous and lovely.

Really kind staff, perfect rooms with very large flatscreen tv, free Wi-Fi. Its location was magnificent, right by St Andrews as well as major local attractions.

Location: the hotel was so close to Dundee, a good area and major local attractions. In overall the room was well laid out and great-sized and with a clean bathroom, the tea making facilities and bedside tables.

Easy, magnificent location in Glenrothes, not far from a quiet area, and St Andrews. Well laid out and extremely pleasant room with a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV set, and comfy bed.
